Establishment Method of Equipment Test Requirement Based on Gene Expression Programming

Abstract
In the test field, the notion of test requirement is always not clear. The research on gene expression programming algorithm was developed for aiming at the test requirement of certain equipment consulted the definition of the TYX Corporation. According to the electrical characteristics of the control and guide box, we designed the operation set and variable set based on the IEEE 1641 standard, the R - square - based fitness function, and the selection strategy combined with elitism and roulette. The establishment method of equipment test requirement based on gene expression programming was constituted with the partially mapped crossover operator, the heuristic mutation operator, the sequence insertion operator and the recombination operator facing at test application. As shown by experiments, this method is capable of generating test model by the observed data of the unit under test, obtaining accurate test signal requirement and referenced test method with universal validity.关键词
