Preparation and Analysis of the Main Component of Soybean Oligopeptide Oral Liquid
摘要
Abstract
Soybean protein rich in Se is developed into soybean oligopeptide oral liquid after enzyme hydrolysis, ultrafiltration,blending and sterilizing.The paper analyzes of the selenium content in soybean oligopeptides, content of soybean loigopeptide and amino acid composition,in which the selenium content is 2.45mg/100mL,the content of soybean oligopeptide(molecular weight below 1000D) is 638.25 mg/100 mL,containing 19 kinds of amino acids such as Se-Cys.The result provides the theory basis in product quality standard of soybean oligopeptide oral liquid.关键词
