黑痣病菌毒素诱导马铃薯幼苗体内防御酶活性的变化
Changes on Activity of Defensive Enzyme after Inoculating with Toxin of Rhizoctonia solani in Potato
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between the activity of defensive enzyme and the resistance to Rhizoctonia solani in potato inoculated with its toxin was studied for resistance mechanism with potato seedlings of having different resistance. The results showed that after inoculation,the activities of peroxidase( POD) ,polyphenoloxidase( PPO) ,super-oxide dismutase( SOD) and catalase ( CAT) were all increased at different time. The activities of POP,PPO and SOD were increased quickly at 36-96 h after inoculation and were higher in resistance cultivar Desiree than susceptible cultivars Atlantic. The CAT activity firstly decreased and then increased, at 60 h reached the highest, but was unrelated with its resistance. 96 h later, the POD and SOD activity remains elevated quickly, but there was not diferent between resistant and susceptible varieties. The PPO and CAT activity increased slowly.关键词
