Abstract
In the process of PPP project financing, in order to facilitate the circulation and transmission of information between the main bodies and between the subject and external environment, and realize the process of information management of the PPP project fi- nancing, this paper uses the visualized modeling language UML throughout the whole process of the design of the PPP project financing management information system, and introduces the concept and features of PPP financing model and the related concepts of UML mod- eling firstly, then analyses the function of the PPP project financing management information system, and finally, analyses PPP project financing management information system with the UML modeling. It creates the use case diagram, the class diagram and the sequence diagram for the PPP project financing management information system. Thus it lays foundation for the later development of PPP project financing management information system.关键词
