Abstract
To improve the teaching quality oi Higher Education is the core task ot the hlgtler school reform ana deveiopment at tins stage. In this paper, the Independent Institute, for example, from higher school personnel training goal and orientation, based on the teaching subject - the teachers and students, from the perspective of "people-oriented" to analyze the factors influencing the quality of personnel training and guarantee measures, by constructing the co-operation platform to promote the comprehensive development of the students, and promoting the teachers" professional development, to achieve the personnel training quality guarantee and the ascension, hope for the teaching quality project construction of our counts university provides useful reference.关键词
