Three-Dimensional Numerical Simulation of Combustion Flow in Multi-jet Flame Combustion Reactor
摘要
Abstract
Three-dimensional numerical simulation with full size of the flow and the comb process in the multi-jet flame combustion reactor was performed by using the standard k-ε turbulent model, EDC combustion model and discrete-ordinates radiation model. The temperature, velocity and species concentration distribution in the reactor under various process conditions, as well as the effects of the flame radial temperature on the size and morphology of the particles and aggregates were simulated and tested by the experimental data. The results from numerical simulation and experiment agree very well. This work will provide a theoretical basis for optimization of the geometrical structure and operational parameters of the combustion reactor as well as the study of nanoparticle growth process.关键词
