摘要
Abstract
To summary the technologies of cefamandole nafate. To improve the synthetic process of cefamandole nafate,select a mild reaction condition and silylation reagent N,O-Bis(trimethylsilyl) acetamide(BSA) . To optimize the other conditions such as solvent system, reaction time and temperature and so on. The results show that the improved process is applicable in industry production with low cost and high recovery rate of more than 140%.关键词
