健脾解毒汤加减对晚期原发性肝癌患者生活质量的影响
Effect on Life Quality by Jianpi Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Advanced Stage of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect on life quality by Jianpi Jiedu decoction in the treatment of advanced stage of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine therapy. The treatment group was given JianPiJieDu decoction based on the control group. Observe the life quality and adverse reaction of two groups. Results:The total life quality in the treatment group is better than the control groups,the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05). The survival rate of two groups has no difference after 3 months(P > 0. 05). The survival rate of two groups has statistically signifant difference after 0. 5 a and 1. 0 a(P <0. 05). The treatment group showes no adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion: Jianpi Jiedu decoction can improve clinical symptoms and life quality and prolong the life span.关键词
