瓜萎薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床研究
Clinical Observation of Flavored Gualou Xiebai and Banxia Decoction in The Treatment of Unstable Angina of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of flavored Gualou Xiebai and Banxia decoction in the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart disease. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases of each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy.The treatment group was given flavored Gualou Xiebai and Banxia decoction based on the control group. Observe the clinical symptoms and electrocardiographic change after 2 weeks. Results: The effective rate was 76.7% in the control group and 93. 35% in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Electrocardiographic effect:the effective rate was 63. 3% in the control group and 80. 0% in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Flavored Gualou Xiebai and Banxia decoction has good curative effect on unstable angina of coronary heart disease.关键词
