Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pingle orthopedic reduction three dialectical medication and bone cement augmentation of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures results. Methods: 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group 65 patients , adopted patients pingle manual reduction, three drug and PVP treatment; control group of 65 distraction routine balloon angioplas-ty bone cement treatment. Patients through the recovery rate of vertebral height, kyphosis angle recovery rate and the rate of pain relief compared two different treatment methods to understand the clinical efficacy. Results: Observation group had better efficacy to maintain vertebral body height,kyphosis angle correction and ease back pain on the surgical group than that ofthe control group (P <0.001). Conclusion:Pingle orthopedic reduction, three period medication and PVP treatment of vertebral compression fractures can be a good correction to restore vertebral height and kyphosis,is a simple,safe,economical and effective way.关键词
