血栓通在防治断指再植术后血管危象的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application of XueShuanTong in the prevention and cure of blood vessel articulo after severed finger reunion. Analyze the pathogenesis of blood vessel articulo and mechanism of action of XueShuanTong. Methods: 73 cases of patients with severed finger reunion were randomly divided into test group in 37 cases and control group in 36 cases. The test group was given static drops of XueShuanTong. The control group was given static drops of low molecular dextran. Observe the blood stream and tetrachoric blood clotting of all patients after postoperative 1,4,7 days. Analyze all of the data. Results:Compared with the same period,the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05 ). Compared with the preoperative, the difference was also statistically significant (P< 0. 05).Both the two medicine have certain anticoagulant effect,and XueShuanTong has little influence on clotting mechanism. Conclusion: XueShuanTong can improve hypercoagulability after severed finger reunion significantly and has obvious antithrombotic action with little impact on clotting mechanism, thus plays the role in the prevention and cure of blood vessels articulo.关键词
