高效液相色谱法测定连花清瘟胶囊中大黄5种成分的含量
Simultaneous Determination of Five Components From Radixet Rhizoma Rhei in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Lian-huaqingwen Capsule. Methods:Use acetonitrile 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The analytes were detected by UV detection at 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The average recovery of five components was 99.7% ,100.0% ,99.8% ,99.6% ,100.3% ,respectively. And the RSD was 1.15%(n =5) ,1.01 % (n = 5) ,1.37% (n = 5) ,0.93% (n =5) ,1. 09% (n =5) ,respectively. Conclusion:The method was convenient,accurate,and can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.关键词
