摘要
Abstract
Objective: Detennine the moisture content in Lindera reflexa Hemsl by near infra-red spectrum and chemical metrology method. Methods :Establish the quantitative analysis model using near infra-red diffuse reflectance spectrum combined with TQAnalyst 8.0 software. Results:The internal cross validation determination coefficient (R2) is 0.999 74,internal croaa validation determination mean square error(RMSECV) is 0.219,prediction mean square error(RMSEP) is 0. 259. Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate, expected more extensive application in the traditional Chinese medicine system.关键词
