益气养阴活血化痰中药治疗2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死临床研究
Clinical Observation of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Caused by Type 2 Diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction caused by type 2 diabetes. Methods: 108 cases with acute cerebral infarction caused by type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 52 cases of control group and 56 cases of treatment group. The control group was given Edaravone based on conventional western medicine. 56 cases in treatment group were given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine based on conventional western medicine, decocted in water for oral dose and 1 agent/d. 14 d as one course of treatment,evaluate efficacy after treatment. Results: Compare the neurologic impairment,TCM syndrome and activities of daily living, the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05 ). The treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction caused by type 2 diabetes has significant treatment effect.关键词
