中西医结合治疗先兆流产临床研究
Clinical Study on Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treating Early Threatened Abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect of treating early threatened abortion by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods:90 cases of the early threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by intramuscular injection of 20 mg progesterone and 2000u human chorionic gonadotropin, one time every other day. The treatment group was additionally given addition and subtraction of Shoutai Pills( composition: Cuscuta chinensis Lam 15 g, Himalayan Teasel Root 15 g,Loranthus parasiticus 20 g,Loranthus parasiticus 9 g, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 12 g,Caulis Perillac 10g.Amomum villoaum Lour 6g,PaconiaIactifloiaPall 10 g.Eucoommia ulmuides Oliv15 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6 g,RadixBoehmeriae 20 g,Sanguisorba officinalis 15 g). Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91. 1% and 75. 6% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has noticeable effects on the treatment of early threatened abortion.关键词
