三痹汤配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Abstract
Objective:Observe curative effect of Sanbi tang combined with manipulation therapy in the treatment of 30 cases with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods :60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each group. Both the two groups were given spine fixed-paint metaehoresis manipulation and dirigation treatment. The treatment group was given additional Sanbi tang. Compare the change of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment. Results:The effective rate was 83. 3% in treatment group and 60.0% in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 22- 2% in treatment group and 42.3% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Sanbi tang combined with manipulation therapy in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion can ease pain,relieve muscle spasm,relieve intervertebral disk pressure and promote functional rehabilitation of spinal column.关键词
