慢性肾小球肾炎常见症状及证候要素的现代文献分析
Modern Literature Analysis of Common Symptom and Syndrome Elements of Chronic Glomerulonephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Provide reference for clinical epidemiology questionnaire and further research of clinical zheng differentiation-classification. Methods: Summary the common symptoms of chronic glomerulonephritis and analyze the TCM syndrome distribution and syndrome elements through nearly modem literature. Results: The common symptom of chronic glomerulonephritis is exhaustion, edema, lumbar debility,appetite loss,abdominal distension,loose stool,dry mouth,five feverish centres,dry pharynx and chilly,etc. The top four frequency of syndrome factor is kidney, spleen, liver and lung. Disease resistance class syndrome factor the top four frequency of disease nature is respectively Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,wet and blood stasis. Conclusion:Syndrome elements research has a brilliant future in TCM s zheng differentiation-classification.关键词
