摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of opening reduction from palmaris and locking compression plate internal fixation surgery in treating comminuted fracture of distal radius. Methods: Opening reduction and locking compression plate internal fixation surgery was applied to treat 18 cases of patients with comminuted fracture of distal radius. Results: 18 cases of patients ( all were unilateral) were all given the follow-up visit of 6 to 15 months with an average 8 months,and their fracture were all healed with an average healing time of 3 months. The length of radius did not become short; no situation of looseness of plate and screw occurred; breakage of plate and shifting of fracture were found in the stage of following-up visit. Assessments of the wrist joint function of 18 cases were all excellent in terms of Garland Werley evaluation standard,and no complication was found. Conclusion:Applying opening reduction and locking compression plate internal fixation surgery in initial stage is an ideal method to treat comminuted fracture of distal radius.关键词
