参松养心胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者心率变异性的影响
Influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the Heart Rate Variability of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the heart rate variability(HRT) of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:106 cases of AMI patients were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases) and the treatment group(58 cases). The control group was treated by conventional therapy;the treatment group was additionally given Shensong Yangxin Capsule based on the control group,4 grains every time,3 times per day. 8 weeks were one treatment course for both groups. The change of HRV was evaluated before and after treatment. Results: Comparison before and after treatment showed that a number of time domain indexes in the two groups of patients were dramatically increased, and the frequency domain index LF had no obvious change; LF/HF reduced significantly, and HF obviously rised. Comparison in two groups after treatment showed the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Shensong Yangxin Capsule not only can significantly increase heart rate variability the of AMI patients, and rise vagus nerve tension of patients with myocardial infarction, but also reduce the sympathetic nervous tension, and improve the balance of autonomic nerve.关键词
