Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Tongxieyaofang decoction combined with modified Sini powder in the treatment of D -IBS. Methods:115 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(59 cases) was given Tongxieyaofang decoction combined with modified Sini powder. ( Composion:Radix bupleuri 12 g,Immature bitter orange 10 g,Divaricate Saposhnikovia root 10 g,Dried tangerine or orange peel 10 g,Raw rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae 15 g,Dark Plum fruit 30 g, Rhizoma corydalis 15 g, Roasted rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae 15 g,Radix glycyrrhizae 5 g),while the control group(56 cases) was giver oral administration of Pinaverium Bromide. 4 weeks as a course of treatment in the two groups. Results: The effective rate was 93.2% in the treatment group, while 57.1% in the control group for comprehensive effect. The treatment group was superior to the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The effective rate is 98.3% in the treatment group,while the control group 67.9% in syndrome effect(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tongxieyaofang decoction combined with modified Sini powder has a significant curative effect on D - IBS.关键词
