摘要

Abstract

In this article, it introduced process flow and hydraulic control system of slitting line of pipe mill. According to the production requirement of the said system, electric control adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC, human-computer interface and MP277 were designed, and communication was conducted through PROFIBUS-DP trunk bus. This procedure used STEP7 programme software to realize control logic and corresponding interlocking protection function of each hydraulic equipment for slitting line. This system has been successfully used in practical production, and the production status shows that the hydraulic control system of slitting line based on S7-300 PLC can meet the production process requirements, it decreases the electric default, improves the production efficiency, control ability and reliability.
