Abstract
The welding thermal simulation and microstructure analysis technology were used to investigate the variation of strength and microstructure for X100 HAZ. The results indicated that the strength of CGHAZ in X100 pipeline steel is reduced in some degrees after welding thermal cycle. With the heat input increasing, the decrease range is increased. When the heat input is up to 40 kJ/cm, the strength of CGHAZ will not meet the lowest requirement of XI00 pipeline steel. The softening of CGHAZ is attributed to the increasing of granular bainite and the coarsening of the grain substructure, as well as the percentage of granular bainite and the coarsening extent both increase with heat input increasing.关键词
