摘要

Abstract

In this article, it took X80 pipeline steel used in China domestic pipeline construction for research object, and studied the microstructure change regular of X80 pipeline steel welded joint performance and HAZ under CO2 gas shielded welding by adopting welding process test, mechanical properties test and microscopic analysis technologies. The result showed that adopting designed welding technical parameters to weld X80 pipeline steel, the mierostructures of pipe body and welded joint both are acicular ferrite and intragranular acicular ferrite. The qualified welded joint can be obtained, which can meet the requirements of pipeline construction project.
