Numerical simulation of shell and tube heat exchanger fluid flow and coupled heat transfer
摘要
Abstract
This paper presented a numerical simulation of shell and tube heat exchanger fluid flow and coupled heat transfer.The structure of the heat exchanger currently being used in chemical industry was simplified.A numerical model of a shell and tube heat exchanger was established using ANSYS FLUENT14.0,under which the model was tested.Fluid velocity distribution,pressure drop conditions and temperature changes inside the heat exchanger tube were obtained and analyzed.This research could be beneficial to the design of heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiencies and low fluid resistance.关键词
