Abstract
This paper makes a brief interpretation on the identification and prediction of environmental impact assessment,environmental resources carrying capacity assessment,and presents the key comprehensive demonstration points of environment rationality in mineral resources planning environmental assessment. The conclusion of the paper not only provides technical reference for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of mineral resource planning,but also has significant point on environmental assessment of other similar spatial planning.关键词
