Abstract
In this study, the technologic method of two-stage flocculation and active carbon absorption were applied to treat inorganic wastewater from laboratory, and the its treatment efficiencies for the heavy metals, sulfide, volatile phenol, aniline and turbidity were investigated. The results showed that the method of two-stage flocculation combined with Ferrous sulfate(FeSO4·7H2O) and polymerization aluminium(PAC) effectively reduced the content of pollutants such as heavy metals, sulfides, etc.,in the sewage under a certain conditions of flocculating temperature, stirring, aeration and pH.Removal efficiency of Cr6+ in the secondary flocculation processing used polymerization aluminium(PAC) was apparently better than in the primary flocculation, and the removal rate was over 90%.The removal efficiencies of aniline and sulfide were best in the treatment of adsorption by activated carbon, the removal rate achieved more than 90%.Additionally,this treatment method effectively reduced the wastewater’s turbidity and chromaticity. Therefore, the method of two-stage of flocculation and active carbon absorption to treat inorganic laboratorial wastewater is an effective way with the characteristics of rapid, low cost and simple.关键词
