循环流化床灰制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂
Preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride from circulating fluidized bed ash

Abstract
Using the circulating fluidized bed(CFB) ash from the coal gangue power plant as the raw material,a polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC) flocculant was prepared by the process of acid leaching,hydrolysis,polymerization,aging,etc.Parameters of acid leaching process of the PAFC preparation were particularly studied,and the optimum conditions were obtained: hydrochloric acid concentration of 20.2%,acid leaching temperature of 110℃,acid leaching time of 2 hours,ratio of liquid to solid of 4∶ 1,and the leaching rates of Fe2O3 and Al2O3 of 92.6% and 48.5%,respectively.Simultaneously,products based on optimum conditions were prepared,and the test of flocculating ability was carried out.The results show that flocculating ability of PAFC flocculants was better than poly aluminum chloride(PAC) under the same condition,and it was feasible to manufacture PAFC flocculants based on CFB ash.关键词
