2种组合工艺处理靛蓝废水的中试实验研究
Pilot study on indigo wastewater treatment by two combined processes

Abstract
Two combined processes,hydrolysis-acidification/MBBR/BAF and hydrolysis-acidification/MBBR/ozonation/BAF,were respectively employed for the treatment of indigo wastewater in a pilot plant with a scale of 24 m3/d.The experimental results showed that 92.83% of COD and 89.87% of color were removed by the former process,97% of COD and 100% of color were removed for the latter process,when the concentrations of COD and color in the influent were 2 100 mg/L and 90 times,respectively,and the total HRT was 40 h.The amount of residual refractory organic pollutants can be sufficiently decreased by ozonation unit.Hydrolysis-acidification/MBBR/ozonation/BAF combined process is suggested to be more effective for the treatment of indigo wastewater,except that ozonation adds approximately 0.55 yuan per ton of wastewater to the total cost of the treatment.关键词
