Optimization for determination condition of nitrite reductase in landfill

Abstract
Nitrogen compounds in the landfill are removed though a series of biological denitrification,in which the nitrite reductase plays a crucial role.Based on the traditional enzymological methods used for the determination of soil nitrite reductase,the conditions for determination of nitrite reductase were optimized with waste samples of landfill.The results showed that the optimum determination conditions for nitrite reductase in landfill were as follows: 25℃ air-dried sample,2.0 mL of 1% NaNO2 and 2.5 mL of 1% glucose,5 min of evacuation time,24 h incubation in 25℃ of culture temperature.The relatively standard deviation(RSD) was less than 1.27% when nitrite reductase was measured under optimization conditions,which indicated higher precision and sensitivity.关键词
