C/N比对好氧颗粒污泥性能的影响
Effect of C/N ratio on properties of aerobic granular sludge

Abstract
Flocculent activated sludge was used as the inoculated sludge and the effect of influent C/N ratio on the properties of granular sludge was studied in sequencing batch reactor(SBR).The results indicated that the activated sludge couldn't granulate rapidly and had a poor settling ability at high influent C/N ratio.Microbe accumulated easily in the reactor at low C/N ratio and the mixed liquor suspended solid(MLSS) could be up to 8 740 mg/L.However,the excessive low C/N ratio would lead to the increase of particle diameter,the disintegration of dispersion sludge particles and the bulking of filamentous microbe,and these were not conducive to the stability of the system.The influent C/N ratio had little influence on the removal of organism,and the COD removal remained at about 87% after sludge particles formed preliminarily.The average phosphorus removal efficiency remained above 80% when C/N ratio was between 6.67 and 2.86.While the lower or higher C/N ratio could result in poor granulation and the lack of micro-environment,these were not useful for the phosphorus removal.On the other hand,the influence of influent C/N ratio on the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was obvious.Aerobic granular sludge had good simultaneous nitrification and denitrification performances,and the average NH+4-N removal could reach 90.59% when C/N ratio was 10.However,when influent C/N ratio was decreased from 5 to 2 in the reactor,the activities of nitrification bacteria and denitrification bacteria were inhibited obviously,the NH+4-N removal rate would reduce from 65.23% to 38.77%.关键词
