二氧化氯对水中二价铁离子的氧化动力学
Kinetics of iron(Ⅱ) oxidation in water with chlorine dioxide

Abstract
Kinetics of the reaction between iron(Ⅱ) and chlorine dioxide were studied by using continuous iodimetry and spectrophotometry.The results show that the stoichiometry is found to be 5Fe2++ ClO2 +4H+→5Fe3++Cl-+2H2O.The reaction kinetic equation is established as follows:-rFe2+≈1.6678×106EXP(-5179.7/T)(pH=6.0).At pH=6.0 and water temperature of 293 K,the reaction of chlorine dioxide and iron(Ⅱ) is first order with respect to both chlorine dioxide and iron(Ⅱ),and the overall reaction is second order.The second order reaction rate constant k is 0.03556×103 L/(mol·s).The reaction activation energy found is 43.1 kJ/mol,which reveals that under usual water treatment conditions,using chlorine dioxide to remove iron(Ⅱ) in water is feasible.关键词
