铁阳极电化学对直接大红4BE模拟废水脱色
Decolorization of Direct Red 4BE dye from aqueous solution by iron anode electrochemistry

Abstract
The present study applied iron anode electrochemical method to decolorize Direct Red 4BE wastewater.Decolorization efficiency and electrical energy consumption were also calculated to compare optimal values.The effects of factors consist of current density,initial pH,initial dye concentration and Na2SO4 electrolyte solution concentration on color removal efficiency and energy consumption were also investigated.The results suggested that Direct Red 4BE dye decolorization was very effective by using treatment technique applied in the study.The current density of 1.667 mA/cm2,initial pH value of 6.54,initial dye concentration of 50 mg/L,Na2SO4 electrolyte concentration of 0.01 mol/L,stirring speed of 600 r/min,temperature of 20℃ and electrolyte time of 60 minutes were optimal conditions for dye decolorization.The dye decolorization might reach the highest efficiency of 92.1%,energy consumption for decolorization under the conditions mentioned above was 1.298 kWh/kg-dye,iron anode consumption of 41 mg/400 mL dye wastewater.关键词
