Preparation of inkjet materials and influence of coatings thickness on its properties

Abstract
Aimed at improving ink absorption of inkjet materials currently available, this paper describes the preparation of nano-inkjet materials by combination of the physical and chemical methods and the analysis of the surface microstructure of materials by atomic force microscope (AFM) and chromatic aberration by Spectrophotometer. The results indicate that coated colloid with the adhesion inkjet material shows a strength greater than uncoated colloid and exhibits more evenly ink-absorption layer. The analysis of the influence of coatings thickness coated colloid on properties of inkjet material finds changes in the surface microstructure and coating amount of inkjet materials due to varying coating thickness. The coat- ing thickness exerts a remarkable the effect on print quality. A 50 μm thickness produces the best com- prehensive properties.关键词
