摘要
Abstract
Amid at addressing excessive safety factors affecting the mine car parts and excessive use- less power consumption occurring in transport, this paper introduces the use of lightweight approach and the finite element analysis software ANSYS for the stress and deformation analysis of l t fixed mine car frame found in the greatest use in typical operating condition, and proposes the lightweight combination scheme involving structural parts replacement, local reinforcement, and thinner plate of bumper head case, namely the replacement of the original alien channels with locally reinforced 8^# common channel steel designed for the longitudinal frame, while thinning the plate thickness of bumper head. The simulation shows that the improved method, capable of a 28.6 kg reduction in frame, besides fulfilling the intensity and the rigidity requirement, provides a valid reference for the tramcar reduction.关键词
