Reflection on development of agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province
黑龙江省是我国重要的商品粮基地,在保障中国粮食安全问题上具有特殊的战略地位.近年来,黑龙江省实施千亿斤粮食工程,2010年粮食总产达到501.3亿kg,粮食商品率与调出量均居全国首位.然而黑龙江省粮食生产优势却没能转化成经济优势,其原因固然是多方面的,但农产品加工业滞后,农业产业链条短,增值能力弱却是不容忽视的问题.在分析黑龙江省农产品加工业现状基础上,针对黑龙江省农产品加工业发展存在的主要问题,提出了创造良好的政策环境、打“绿色牌”走特色路等加…查看全部>>
