Abstract
Research on human-oriented policy supporting system in Central Plains Economic Region Construc- tion has an important positive significance. In view of the lack of human-oriented development policy and the supporting system has not been established, the human-oriented policy supporting system can be established from the following four aspects： public service as the goal of the government transformation, speeding up the transformation of economic development, the unique cultural advantage and harmonious social development. At the same time to design human-oriented policy supporting system and establish comprehensive support sys- tem.关键词
