Study on the System of the Reconstruction of Village in the City under the Perspective of Harmonious Space
摘要
Abstract
The village in the city is a unique space formed under the background of our country rapid urbaniza- tion. The present space of village in the city is confused, imbalanced and disordered, so its reconstruction is imperative. To build a harmonious space, we need five major institutional innovations, namely reasonable re- striction of government power, ensuring the survival and development right of Aboriginal, solving migrant pop- ulation residency, maintaining rural collective rights and regulating and protecting the development right of de- velopment unit.关键词
