艾灸足三里等穴诱导HSP60对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠Smac表达的影响
Effects of moxibustion on acupoint Zusanli and the expressions of HSP60 and Smac in acute gastric mucosal lesion of rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion pre-treatment at Zusanli and Zhongwan acupoints on expressions of heat shock protein (HSP)60 and Smac in a rat model of acute gastric mucosal lesion (AGML) and explore the underlying protective mechanisms of moxibustion for gastric mucosal lesion. Methods A total of 24 Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups,i.e. blank,model and moxibustion acupoint (n=8 each). After an 8-day moxibustion pre-treatment,the gastric lavage of anhydrous ethanol was used to establish the AGML model. The immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expressions of HSP60 and Smac. Results As compared with the blank group,the expressions of Smac and HSP60 were markedly elevated in the model groups (P<0.01); The expressions of HSP60 was markedly elevated in the moxibustion acupoint group (P<0.01) while those of Smac became obviously suppressed (P0.01). As compared with the model group,the expressions of Smac decreased significantly in the moxibustion acupoint group (P<0.01) while those of HSP60 increased markedly (P0.01). Conclusion The pre-treatment of moxibustion could alleviate the gastric mucosal lesion caused by anhydrous ethanol,induce the over-expressions of HSP60 and down-regulate the expression of Smac so as to protect against gastric mucosal lesion.关键词
