Abstract
Objective To investigate the image feature and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in early stage breast cancer .Methods 46 patients with early stage breast cancer were all confirmed by surgery and pathological examination. Their ultrasonographic images were analyzed. Compared with 262 benign breast disease patients,Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of ultrasonography in early stage breast cancer were calculated and compared with other examination. Results In ultrasonographic images of early stage breast cancer tumor,the incidence rate of tumor silhouette sign was lower. Blood flow signal detection rate was lower than other stage breast cancer. Punctuate calcification and longitudinal-transverse diameter ratio of tumor had diagnostic value. Sensitivity,specificity.mistake diagnostic,omission diagnostic and accuracy rate of ultrasonography was 78.3% (36/46) ,84.4% (221/262) ,15.6% (41/262) 21.7% (10/46) and 83.4% (257/308) ,OP was19.40.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has distinct image feature in early stage breast cancer .Diagnose accordance rate is much higher .Ultrasonography has great value in diagnosing early stage breast cancer.关键词
