摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the compound Danshen dripping pills and trimetazidine in combination in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods between the hospital from January 2009 to January 2010,48 cases of unstable angina (UA) patients for the study a comparative analysis of treatment effect. Results (1) two groups of patients in the angina mitigation aspects: the treatment group the total efficiency of 79.17%; the control group,the total efficiency of 54.17%,P <0.05,statistically significant difference between groups; ( 2) in patients treated with SV and EF compared with those before treatment to increase the more obvious,and P <0.05 between group difference was statistically significant; (3) two groups of patients with ST segment depression to improve the degree of comparison: The treatment reduced the ST patients and P <0.05 between group difference was statistically significant. After treatment,the treatment group and control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pill with trimetazidine in combination in the treatment of unstable angina can be made good clinical practice effect.关键词
