摘要
Abstract
Objective Discusses the necessity of the application of painkillers after Mandible wisdom pulled. Methods This study included 53 patients,whose Mandible wisdom need to be pulled,application own randomized method,To pull out side wisdom chin,Postoperative give Ibuprofen or placebo,as control group.After two weeks,the other side wisdom tooth to be pulled out,postoperative the opposite the drug,as control group The postoperative pain intensity is divided into 0-10 levels,record all patients twice Mandible wisdom be pulled postoperative pain intensity ,conduct statistical analysis . Results Postoperative 2-8 hours the pain intensity of experimental group is slightly less than the control group ,Postoperative 8-24 hours pain intensity of control group is slightly less than the experimental group,But there were no statistically significant differences.Conclusion Simple Mandible wisdom pulled,pain intensity is low,Postoperative pain drugs does not must have it关键词
