慢性硬膜下血肿穿刺冲流引流术治疗临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To expore the techniques of surgical treatment for chronic Subdural Hematomas(CSDH) patients by Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage(BHID)bedside. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients treated by CSDH were assessed. Results 33 cases were cured,no dead case.l case had hematoma recurrence and recovered from another burr hole operation.Conclusion Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage(BHID)bedside is a effective and safe method,prefered to that old paients of bad cardiopulmonary functions.关键词
