针刺颈椎病穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察
Clinical effects of acupuncturing cervical spondylosis related acu-points on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncturing cervical spondylosis related acu-points on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 102 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 51 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with acupuncture mainly on cervical spondylosis related acu-points. Control group was treated with acupuncture mainly on Jingjiaji acu-point. 2 groups were treated based on symptom differentiation using electro-acupuncture device with medium stimulus intensity,once a day,10 times in a course. After 2 courses,dizziness symptom scale and TCD examination were conducted to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood circulation speed in vertebral artery. Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 85% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than data of control group (50%)(P<0.05). The improvement of dizziness symptom and blood circulation speed was different between 2 groups after treatment with statistic significances (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with acupuncture on Jingjiaji acu-point,acupuncture on cervical spondylosis related acu-points has significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms and blood circulation and increasing clinical cured and markedly effective rate.关键词
