SSR Analysis of Genetic Diversity in Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. ) Germplasm Resources from Liaoning
摘要
Abstract
In this report, the utility of SSR markers in Liaoning peanut was evaluated for the first time. 32 peanut germplasm accessions, including 18 from Liaoning and 14 from other provinces, were analyzed using SSR technology. A total of 67 bands were generated with 10 SSR primer pairs, of which 18 (26.9%) were polymorphic. The genetic difference in Liaoning peanut germplasm resources could be detected. The study is of great reference to peanut breeding in Liaoning.关键词
