Abstract
To solve the problem of scarcity of S-band spectrum resources in space application, a preliminary scheme of S-band space tracking telemetry and command (TT&C) based on cognitive radio is proposed. The principles, constitution, data flow and network structure are introduced and its perspective benefit is analyzed in this paper.关键词
