An Approach to Real-time Test of LVDS Interface Circuit for Spacecraft
摘要
Abstract
For meeting the lack of specification for the test method of LVDS interface circuit for spacecraft,this paper investigates the test method of LVDS interface circuit for spacecraft. A fix ture is designed for real-time testing of the LVDS interface circuit for spacecraft, and a simulation for the LVDS interface circuit is carried out. A platform for LVDS interface circuit test is estab- lished and the availability of the fixture in real-time testing is verified. The special test fixture provides a highly efficient real-time test method for the fault-positioning in the LVDS link of the spacecraft, and improves the efficieneies of whole-machine test and fault-positioning.关键词
