摘要

Abstract

The viscoelastic characteristics of the low smoke NEPE propellant and the binder films were studied by the dynamic mechanical analyzer. The results indicated that the £' of the PET/N100 binder film, PET/N100/NG-TEGDN film and propellant are increased, the E" of the PET/N100 binder film reaches to the maximum, while the propellant is the minimum in the glassy state; E of the samples are decreased obviously in the vitrification transition region, the Tg of the samples are -82℃ , -73℃ and -65℃ respectively; a peak was appeared at -24℃ in E' and £" of the PET/N100 binder film in the rubbery state, while those of the other samples were decreased significantly, an obvious a relaxation peak was found at -3℃ and the a relaxation peaks of PET/N100/NG-TEGDN film and propellant were shifted to -24℃.
