五指山猪不同组织中Myf5与MyoD1基因的表达研究
Resaerch on Expression of Myf5 and MyoD1 Genes in Different Tissues of Wuzhishan Pig
摘要
Abstract
MRFs include Myf5, MyoDl, Myf4 and Mfy6. Use RT-PCR to detect the expression of Myf5 MyoD1 in muscle tissue of Wuzhishan pig from birth to mature(30 d,210 d、360 d) , and their mRNA relative expression level in the heart, liver, kidney, lung, spleen, muscle tissue, stomach and small intestine of mature Wuzhishan pig. The results showed that the expression level of Myf5 and MyoDl in the muscle tissue increased along with the age(P<0. 05);Myf5 and MyoDl were all expressed in the a-bove 8 tissues in the adult Wuzhishan pig,among which the expression in muscles was the highest.关键词
