Effects of Diets with High Se and Co Alfalfa Meals on Quality of Carcass of Chicken
摘要
Abstract
This paper made a comparative trial that high trace element alfalfa meal (which consists of high Se type,high Se-Co type and high Se-Co-Zn type) were applied to diets of Sanhuang broiler in order to analyze their regulation and effects on product qualities. The results showed when additive contents of high trace element alfalfa meals account for 10 % of the ration, Se contents of chicken products could be enhanced significantly, especially in liver and kidney. High Se-Co and high Se-Co-Zn alfalfa meals had better effects on Se accumulation in viscera than high Se alfalfa meal. Furthermore, high trace element alfalfa meals(high Se-Co and high Se-Co-Zn) had no significant effects on contents of protein, fat and carbohydrate on chicken products, contents of some trace elements,such as Fe,Cu and Zn were raised significantly.关键词
