不同季节绒山羊同期发情效果研究
Effect of Synchronization of Estrus of Cashmere Goat in Different Seasons

Abstract
This research intended to study the effects of estrus synchronization on cashmere goats in different seasons, to employ new reproduction technology for embryo transplantation and breed on cashmere goats, to supply matching technology for intensive and factory production management. During four seasons in 2007 to 2008, 766 cashmere goats with low production were disposed by synchronization of estrus with CIDR + PMSG method. 730 goats estrused in 48 hours, and follicular development and ovula-tion situation were observed on the seventh day when embryo transplanted. The results showed synchronized estrus rate in spring, summer, autumn and winter were 94. 08%, 90. 59%, 97. 54% and 92. 68%, respectively with the average of 95. 30%. By X2 inspection, synchronized estrus rate between summer and autumn showed significant difference (P<0. 01), synchronized estrus rate between autumn and winter showed insignificant difference (P<0. 05). However, this difference can not be found among other seasons (P>0. 05). As for ovulation rate, 92. 31%, 90. 91%, 95. 20% and 91. 23% were for spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively, and the average was 93. 56%. Through X2 inspection, ovulation rate showed no differences among different seasons (P>0. 05). The results indicated that, the treatment of estrus synchronization which used CIDR+ PMSG on cashmere goats in four seasons was practicable, estrus rates and ovulation rates were all above 90%, and the efficiency was good and stabilized. The rates of estrus synchronization on cashmere goats were partly affected by season, but which had not large influence on ovulation rate on estrous cashmere goats.关键词
